A series of incidents connected to Contra Costa County, Sheriff Rainey,
Ruph and Livingston and at least four prior District Attorneys plus related
staff members now sitting either appointed or elected
positions.
Here are few highlights of my life long friend of one of my customers and was
one YOUR constituents from Moraga.
Susan Kennedy, daughter of the former President of Bay Alarm. She was
the cellmate of your next-door neighbor Susan Polk incarcerated for murdering
Felix Polk. Susan Kennedy was a mutual friend of Frank and Fred Howard, they
lived to together for many years.
The Howard Brothers inherited two houses in Danville and a substantial estate
collectively valued over two million. Each house was torched, their
sister was able to move the proceedings from Contra Costa to Santa Clara where
JUDGE PERSKEY helped loot their funds and assets.
The Polk
brothers divided against each other and apparently one of them is quite angry
with you. By the way their estate went through probate where the attorneys
whittled away at the funds to less than half of the two million at the time of
death of your neighbor. Probate law is the looters tool of the new
century. I know first hand with the losses of my estate once managed by
David Rockefeller who was a friend of my grandfather. My grandfather
represented the Kennedy family.
With research and anonymous help concluded Mr. David L. Milne was taken out in
New York City during December 62 then his client was assassinated.

The 9/11 Arson Fire. Pete Bennett was sued Novinvest dba
Redstars.com. The litigation arose from dispute over the Russian
programmer retained for services was talented but his resume was
less than truthful.

The James Powel Story and Longs Drugs
Jim was a musician, a POS Project Manager for Longs Drugs

The unsung, unknown victim is James Powell former senior project
manager for Longs Drugs of Walnut Creek. He was in charge of Point
of Sale Systems new roll out back before Longs was taken over by
CVS in 2008. There was a leadership battle with Accenture for
control of the roll out who eventually gained full control of the
POS Upgrade that was a failure. That failure then was used in the
push to take over several key elements of Longs, Land, Locations
and Cash. Sounds very similar to Pacific Lumber (PALS) and Robert
Hurwitz the corporate raider back when those deadly activists
trying to protect the Redwoods from clear cutting the land.

Pete Bennett software contractor resident of Danville CA retained in June 2001
for a multi-month project at SBC Global sub-absorbed by AT&T where your
wife was an executive.
The project was contentious from the start, lacked the strong business case
and the manager was from Ft. Hood or Ft. Bliss or President George Bush
territory. My grandfather, based on a theory, knew the Bush family from
Prescott Bush and via his other client Marvin Pierce then CEO of McCalls, his
daughter Barbara Pierce and my mother attended Rye Country Day
School.
My family was successful, wealthy and part of New York high-society. I
was very young with memories of taking Limo rides to the Waldorf Astoria or to
brunch to the Rockefeller residence.
